Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Car Delivery Driver for the WMU store in Kalamazoo, MI. Youll deliver cookies, milk and ice cream, check orders for accuracy, and provide friendly service to customers in person or by phone.

Must own a car, valid license, registration and insurance, and be able to pass a MV background check. Flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for growth are offered, with paid vacation and sick time and free cookies with every shift.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers promptly and safely.
• Provide friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app according to company standards and provide updates.

As a Car Delivery Driver at our WMU store located at 2905 Howard St, Kalamazoo MI 49006, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

What Will I Do as a Delivery Driver

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store


• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion


• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone


• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Desired Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
