Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Car Delivery Driver for the JMU store at 563 University Blvd, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. You will deliver cookies and other treats, serving as the friendly face of the brand in the local community.

Responsibilities include checking orders, timely and safe delivery, and delivering great customer service by phone or in person. Must have a car, valid license, registration, insurance, a smartphone, and be 18+ to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor-vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our fans in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in‑person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to accepted company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
