Job summary

Insomnia Cookies, WVU store at 2161 University Ave, is hiring a Delivery Driver to bring cookies, milk and ice cream to fans with speed and care. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring friendly service and safe deliveries throughout your shift.

Earn between $15 and $18 per hour, including tips, with daily pay options and flexible part-time schedules. A valid license, your own car, insurance, and a smartphone with data are required; you must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the

Qualifications

• Must have own car, valid drivers license, valid registration and valid auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnias delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Delivery Driver at our WVU store located at 2161 University Ave, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
