As an Automotive General Service Technician for AAA, you'll take the driver's seat in meeting our customers' vehicle maintenance needs. From tire installations and rotations to precision oil changes, you'll showcase your skills with precision and efficiency. AAA Club Alliance can offer you:

• The starting base compensation for this position is $14.10 to $19.80 hourly. The final salary will be based on experience and location.
• Over 2 weeks of Paid Time Off and 8 Paid Holidays annually.

Location Address: 2871 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22401

Responsibilities include:

• Mounting, balancing, and installing tires; maintaining and developing automotive skills.
• Performing fluid flushes, inspections, belt/hose replacements, battery testing, and general repairs.
• Maintaining test equipment and managing waste fluids according to safety guidelines.
• Work schedule includes 5 days per week, with Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays typically required; Sundays off.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
