Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to keep our market hub vehicles clean and ready for delivery. You will inspect vehicles, wash and vacuum inventory, and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries while upholding customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with merit-based raises and paid holidays.

Starting pay is $17/hr with growth potential up to $18/hr as you perform and learn, including periodic increases every 90 days through the Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Requires standing for extended periods and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsabilités

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspection including fuel level, safety features and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across lines of business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
