Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dublin, OH, seeks a Car Care Center General Manager to oversee all services and operations per national guidelines. You will supervise staff, manage P&L, and ensure high-quality service for members and motorists.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive repair, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an AS degree in automotive tech. ASE Master preferred. Compensation ranges $70,000–$90,000 with incentive opportunities.

Car Care Center General Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing all services and operational activities of a Car Care Center facility according to AAA National guidelines for Approved Auto Repair and in compliance with all of the company’s guidelines and strategic plans. The position supervises staff activities and operations of the Car Care Center facility. In addition, the position ensures effective quality service to members and all motorists.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the profit and loss of the Car Care Center facility, including expense control, pricing structure, and markup of parts. Prepare and analyze statistical reports and utilize this information in managing trends and profitability.
• Oversee and assist the Service Writer in the preparation of estimates and work orders. Oversee and assist technicians with diagnosing and determining repairs if needed.
• Manage customer relations and ensure that employees are providing a high level of customer service. Investigate and resolve all customer disputes, including warranty issues.
• Maximize sales and profitability by maintaining and scheduling appropriate workloads according to operational hours and employee availability. Track employee productivity using management software.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A.S. Degree in automotive technology or certificate of completion from a 2-year automotive program preferred.

Typical Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive Repair industry, including direct, hands‑on mechanical repair required.

Special:

• ASE certifications are preferred, with the strongest preference to ASE Master Certification.

The starting pay range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000.00. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
