Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000! VFR Medical Pilot

Join our mission-driven team operating under CAMTS guidelines to provide life-saving medical transport services. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient patient transport while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Aircraft:

BH407 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required)

Operations:

24-hour operations with day/night rotation

Compensation and Benefits:

Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000. We offer a range of competitive pay and benefits packages, including shift bonuses, shift incentives, an Annual Safety Bonus, an Annual Employee Bonus, and more!

Location & Schedule:

Richmond, TX. 7 & 7 schedule (base schedule day of week may vary; schedule changes may be required). Must live within a 1-hour commute from the base.

Additional Information:

Relocation package available with a 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA if utilized. If an aircraft transition is required, a 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA applies. Housing is not provided.

Requirements:
  • Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings
  • First Class Medical
  • CAMTS Requirement: 2,000 Total Hours, 1,500 Hours Helicopter, 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters, 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters, 100 Hours in Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG)
  • Must meet 235 pounds body weight
  • Strong Communication, Internal and External Customer Service Skills
  • Interview and acceptance by customer and management
  • Annual Flu Vaccine not required
  • Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, lift 100 pounds to assist in loading and unloading patients and equipment), drug screening, and background check
  • Demonstrated Internal and External Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
