Job summary

Heartland Aviation is looking for an experienced Pilot in Command to join its corporate jet team based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Captain will safely operate the fleet and provide exceptional service to passengers while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Candidates should have 3,000 total hours with 1,500 PIC and 500 jet/turbine time, a valid ATP, and a 1st Class Medical. CE-650 rating is preferred but not required; relocation assistance may be considered.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3,000 hours, PIC 1,500 hours, 500 jet/turbine hours.
• Valid ATP license and 1st Class Medical.
• CE-650 Type rating preferred but not required.
• Exceptional piloting, leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Flight Operations: pre-flight planning, route analysis, performance calculations.
• Safety Compliance: adhere to FARs, operating limitations, and safety protocols.
• Client Experience: deliver superior in-flight experiences.
• Aircraft Management: ensure airworthiness, cleanliness, and maintenance; coordinate with teams.
