Caviar Russe is looking for Front Waiters to join the team at our flagship restaurant on Madison Ave in NYC. Located in Midtown, we offer two dining experiences: The Bar & Lounge and The Dining Room. The Bar & Lounge features caviar, raw bar, and bites in a relaxed setting, while The Dining Room offers a Michelin-starred tasting menu in an elegant setting. Both spaces feature extensive Champagne, French wines, and signature cocktails.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking career advancement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of French food, wine, and service standards, along with a professional demeanor and a desire to learn and grow within the company. Candidates must be able to multitask and switch between Bar & Lounge and Dining Room service. A minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining is required.
