The pilot in command is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with an emphasis on safety, security, and quality. They exercise pilot in command authority of all flights to which they are assigned and are the final authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, sitting, and operating aircraft systems. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Work in hangars and customer areas, with moderate to loud noise levels, exposure to vibration, occasional fuel fumes, and varying weather conditions. Hot and cold environments are common.
