Job summary

Lennar seeks a Captain to oversee aircraft operations, ensuring safety across all phases and managing from pre-flight planning to post-flight reporting in compliance with regulations and company policy.

You will lead the flight crew, coordinate with ground operations, and make critical decisions under pressure. International and cross-country flights are preferred; travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Airline Transport Captain (ATP) certificate and First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 12 years of flight experience as a Captain, with substantial multi-engine land aircraft exposure.
• Experience in international and cross-country flights is highly preferred.
• Strong decision-making ability, especially under pressure; deep knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work irregular hours; pass comprehensive background check and drug screening.
