A premier Napa Valley restaurant is seeking a professional hospitality-minded captain to enhance the dining experience. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in fine-dining service, particularly in Michelin-star environments, and a robust understanding of wine. We are seeking a professional, hospitality-minded captain with 2-3 years of experience as a fine-dining server or captain. Preference will be given to candidates with previous FOH experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of wine and a desire to continue their wine education.
Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
