The role requires a valid EASA captain license, a minimum 500 hours on the B737CL as captain, and at least 3,000 total flight hours, with Africa flight operation experience preferred.

• Must hold a valid B737CL captain rating.
• Valid EASA license required.
• Minimum 500 hours on B737CL as Captain.
• Minimum 3000 total flight hours.
• 3 weeks on / off roster with open base.
• Africa flight operation experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• No history of accidents or incidents.
• No criminal records and no security restrictions.
