An established industry player is seeking a Correctional Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of uniformed staff and inmates. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of all individuals in the facility, coordinating resources effectively, and supporting the integration of security and treatment operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma with relevant supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and rehabilitation of the community while working in a dynamic and impactful environment.
Directs and supervises the day-to-day operations and activities of the uniformed staff and inmates.
Ensures the security and safety of all staff, inmates, and visitors.
Under minimum supervision and guided by written policies and procedures, allocates officers and other resources to various duty shifts and functional areas.
Coordinates with institutional classification and treatment staff to ensure effective integration of all security and treatment operations and activities.
Must successfully complete eight (8) weeks of Basic Training upon hire.
