This on-site, temporary role supports Capstone productions from January 31, 2027 to April 16, 2027, with potential renewal based on funding and institutional needs.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of theatrical properties experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and space constraints.
• Comfort with power tools and heights.
• Familiar with Google Suite, MS Office, Workday, and Adobe Photoshop.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Props Department contact for Capstone productions and schedules.
• Lead builds and alterations for Capstone festival; supervise overhire props.
• Collaborate with set designer and students to fulfill each Capstone production’s needs.
• Read rehearsal reports; keep props communication up-to-date.
• Develop familiarity with show scripts, prop lists, and project paperwork.
• Attend all Capstone production meetings and act as Production representative during tech rehearsals.
• Oversee festival-wide prop storage, changes, and supplier coordination.
• Assist leadership with tracking project spending and reconciliation.
