Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate feeding line, brine pump, brine conveyor, capper conveyor, and jar washer conveyor.
• Uprights overturned jars and hand-fills with product or liquid as needed; remove nonconforming jars.
• Notify Pasteurizer Operator of product change or shift changes.
• Turn off switches during breaks and end of shift; complete downtime reports.
• Monitor product to ensure food safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain clean and organized work space.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
