Qualifications

• Must meet one of the minimum qualifications for locksmith work.
• Certification by the Associated Locksmiths of America as a Registered Locksmith or equivalent locksmith training plus two years’ experience.
• Three (3) years’ locksmith experience including rekeying, repairing and maintaining locks.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain locks, cores, and related hardware to ensure security.
• Oversee key control and inventory management for Capitol Complex.
• Plan and implement new locking systems to meet security standards.
• Train backup staff to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with facility teams to support safe and compliant operations.
