Job summary

FITS LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a Project Management professional to support Project Managers across cost, schedule, and scope. The role involves preparing funding documents, establishing WBS by project, and reviewing RFP requirements with strategic sourcing.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years in regulated PM, with strong cost management, reporting, and risk assessment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of exposure in Project Management in the Regulated Industry.
• Project Management skills.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Experience with Capital Project Delivery, developing and implementing control systems for projects, planning, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in tracking scope, schedule, cost, and resources against approved funds.
• Assist the sponsor of the project in the preparation of the Amgen project ILM funding documents.
• Establish the general ledger account structure (WBS Element) by project.
• Review contract requirements in the areas of RFPs in partnership with Global Strategic Sourcing and process change orders as required through the system (Efinity).
• Assess project progress through the preparation of the monthly Total Cost Management (TCM) report by project through eBuilder software; this must be reviewed with the Project Manager for approval.
• Prepare monthly projects accruals.
• Perform a Monte Carlo risk assessment using project risk register to determine project contingency.
• Perform a quarterly capital project latest estimate (LE) and the annual budget plan for capital and expense expenditures.
• Establish and manage cash flow projections.
• Audit capital project invoices prior to payment.
