Job summary

Burrow Global seeks an experienced Capital Project Manager for a long-term assignment at a chemical manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. The role focuses on managing infrastructure, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects within a chemical environment.

You will drive a portfolio of engineered and funded projects through execution, overseeing costs, scope, and schedules while coordinating with construction vendors and site personnel to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project management in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assures piping and mechanical capital projects meet objectives by managing execution of assigned projects.
• Manages cost, schedule, and scope; oversees construction vendors and site personnel.
• Reviews scopes of work and construction packages including documentation.
• Provides new/revised Process Safety Information to appropriate departments.
• Analyzes and manages risks on projects.
• Facilitates safety and constructability reviews.
• Communicates and resolves technical and commercial issues related to project objectives.
• Initiates Management of Change and coordinates with the site PSM representative regarding PHA requirements; participates in PHAs as needed.
• Communicates status of each project to leadership.
• Ensures all project documentation is completed.
• Exercises direct cost control and execution of assigned projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
