• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience managing projects within manufacturing environments.
• Specialist training in SAP, SolidWorks, Lean, and Six Sigma offered by the company.

• Take ownership of 10–15 active capital projects, managing planning, budgets, timelines, contractors, and implementation
• Manage approximately $5m in annual projects, ranging from $50k equipment and facility improvements to $2m+ major upgrades
