Bachelor's degree or higher in business or public administration, engineering, architecture, or related field, plus five (5) years of professional, managerial, or administrative experience related to preparation and fiscal oversight of operating budgets or project management for capital improvement and acquisition projects.
Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
