Grace, a global chemicals company, is seeking a Capital Project Manager to drive end-to-end capital projects at the Curtis Bay, MD site. You will translate strategic objectives into robust project plans and lead scope, cost and schedule from kickoff to closeout.

You will partner with technology, maintenance and operations teams to maximize value, ensure safety, and align with Grace standards in a high-hazard manufacturing environment in Maryland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical industries.
• 7+ years of overall engineering and/or project experience in similar industries.
• Experience with project management software to control scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage projects across maintenance, productivity, safety, and growth.
• Coordinate with technology, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Ensure scope, cost, and schedule alignment with objectives.
