Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in capital projects or maintenance management.
• Experience with landscape, site improvements and capital expenditures.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to manage site-related capital projects from concept to completion.
• Track budgets, schedules and scope; ensure alignment with financial constraints.
• Develop project plans and report status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance/installation work and related compliance tasks.
• Bid and manage projects for concrete, roofs, landscaping and drainage.
• Collaborate across departments to align initiatives with strategic goals.
