• Minimum of three years project or construction management experience.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning or related field.
• Washington State driver license or equivalent mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee development plan reviews for Seattle City Light capital projects and related efforts.
• Facilitate internal and external review processes to align with requirements.
• Maintain and manage project records and documentation.
• Support preliminary assessment activities and customer meetings.
• Guide capital improvement projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate design reviews, environmental reviews, permit acquisition, and contract administration.
• Apply engineering, architectural, construction, and project management knowledge to schedule work and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with City departments, consultants, contractors, agencies, and the public.
