Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through all phases including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies for major capital investments.
• Prepare AFEs and supporting documentation for management approval.
• Coordinate with facility management, operations personnel, engineering consultants, and contractors.
• Manage contractor selection and oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance while communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Participate in PSSR, commissioning, startup activities, and troubleshooting.
• Support long-range facility planning, asset acquisition due diligence, and greenfield development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all project activities.
• Develop and track project performance metrics and implement project management best practices.
• Build strong working relationships with internal customers, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
