Required is a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 2 years of related experience; Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge are preferred. ASC 842 lease familiarity is a plus and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance or CPA may offset 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in MS applications, principally Excel is required.
• Strong technology expertise in other applications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes and maintains a complete and accurate general ledger; prepares managerial and financial reports.
• Prepares and compiles financial data in a timely manner to support established schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for closing.
• Reconcile assigned accounts including preparation of appropriate documentation.
• Identifies problems and potential improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Prepares schedules, reports, presentations, etc. for management.
• Under supervision, follows established procedures to perform routine tasks.
• Analyzes records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.
• Monitors journal entry processes to ensure accurate financial statements.
