Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced E&C Engineer to support capital wind-energy projects across the region. You will manage end-to-end project engineering and project management for multiple renewable energy projects, primarily wind facilities, with high autonomy.

Travel to wind farm sites during construction (10-20%). Collaborate with Wind Operations & Maintenance teams and external contractors; manage a portfolio of ~12 projects per year in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred; other engineering disciplines considered).
• 3–7 years of relevant engineering or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and multi-site coordination.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute capital projects at wind farm facilities.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and timelines.
• Order equipment and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with Wind Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to align priorities.
• Perform limited R&D to evaluate and select optimal equipment solutions.
• Oversee quality, cost, and schedule adherence for assigned projects.
• Maintain and manage a multi-year (approximately 5-year) project portfolio.
• Travel to wind farm sites during construction phases to oversee installations (10-15%, occasionally up to 20%).

The engineer will independently manage a portfolio of approximately a dozen projects per year while collaborating closely with Operations & Maintenance teams and external contractors. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale renewable energy infrastructure in a high-autonomy, project-driven environment.

What They Will Be Doing / Working On

• Plan, schedule, and execute capital projects at wind farm facilities
• Manage full project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and timelines
