We know that supporting your professional and personal goals is the best way to help our clients and advance our business. We take that responsibility seriously. With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.

The Capital Partners (CP) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformation Leader is responsible for owning and scaling AI as a core operating capability across the Capital Partners business. Working with CP leaders, this role defines and leads the AI strategy, ensuring AI is embedded into core workflows and decision making to drive measurable productivity gains, business insight, and competitive advantage. This role also serves as the senior business leader responsible for aligning AI priorities across business, technology, risk, and support functions to accelerate enterprise value realization.

The CP AI Transformation Leader is accountable for end to end AI value realization across Capital Partners, spanning strategy, execution, adoption, and foundational capability development across three parallel workstreams: early adoption and productivity, AI strategy and roadmap delivery, and acceleration of foundational AI and data capabilities while simultaneously building the organizational muscle required to integrate AI into daily work across Capital Partners.

The objective of the transformation effort is to drive quantifiable improvement in business outcomes across BBH and CP, and as such, the Transformation Leader will be responsible for developing and managing a program that not only identifies and implements effective initiatives, but also measures progress, owns budgeted expenditures, and manages internal resources to deliver results.

The role will report to the Head of Strategy, Finance and Operations for Capital Partners.

This role should also establish the operating model, governance approach, and executive engagement needed to scale AI beyond pilots into repeatable business outcomes.

1. Capital Partners AI Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the CP AI strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, readiness, and scalability across the enterprise and ensuring alignment to broader transformation priorities.
  • Define program goals, milestones, sequencing, resourcing, and budget for AI initiatives, including clear ownership and accountability for value delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with Capital Partners’ broader strategy and business priorities and enterprise technology direction, including shared platforms and reusable AI capabilities where appropriate.
  • Communicate AI strategy, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leadership and serve as a strategic advisor on prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify ways to integrate AI tools into existing workflows rather than layering on new processes.
  • Build and lead a high impact, multidisciplinary CP AI team, setting clear operating rhythms, success metrics, and accountability to enable scale without central dependency, combining internal and external resources as needed.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to ensure AI initiatives meet governance, privacy, and regulatory expectations, balancing innovation with responsible scale in a regulated environment; Ensure innovation is balanced with appropriate controls in a regulated environment.
  • Support the business areas in leveraging AI tools to deliver improved outcomes by identifying high value work processes and workflows and using AI tools and human expertise to create better business outcomes, more efficiently. Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize the highest-value use cases and accelerate movement from experimentation to scaled implementation.
2. Early AI Adoption & Productivity Enablement
  • Identify, prioritize, and accelerate ROI driven AI use cases, ensuring initiatives progress from pilot to production ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive early AI adoption by identifying and scaling repeatable, high impact productivity use cases, moving teams from experimentation to consistent, daily AI usage embedded in workflows. Ensure adoption efforts are coordinated with enablement, change, and communication plans.
  • Leverage enterprise frameworks (including agentic approaches) to deploy reusable AI solutions across multiple CP business areas.
  • Promote behavioral change and practical usage, helping teams move from experimentation to consistent daily use.
  • Lead and support the rollout of AI tools across CP teams, establishing a foundation for sustained adoption, behavioral change, and AI fluency at scale while relying on the Enablement Lead to own day-to-day adoption programming and user engagement activities.
  • Ensure appropriate training, enablement, and support structures are in place to drive confidence and engagement; Monitor adoption trends and course correct as needed.
3. Data Strategy Acceleration
  • Lead AI related aspects of the CP data strategy, aligning near term data investments to unlock AI use cases while influencing longer term architectural direction and ensuring dependencies are visible and sequenced appropriately across the roadmap.
  • Help to reprioritize near-term data investments toward foundational capabilities that enable AI optimization.
  • Where needed, support modular data approaches to enable AI initiatives in CP areas separate from enterprise systems.
What Success Looks Like
  • A clear AI strategy is defined to set the direction and priorities across CP
  • An AI roadmap is developed with tangible deliverables and milestones

Relevant Knowledge & Exposure
