  • Coordinate enablement activities with product releases, communications, change plans, working sessions, and business-readiness milestones.
  • Help accelerate ROI-driven AI use cases, ensuring initiatives progress from pilot to production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure adoption efforts are coordinated with enablement, change, communication, and readiness plans.

2. Knowledge Assets & Adoption Support
  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks, prompt patterns, quick-start guides, FAQs, examples, and onboarding materials using approved templates and terminology.
  • Partner with content owners and Knowledge Management to publish current, discoverable materials and retire outdated or duplicative guidance.
  • Provide first-line adoption support by answering common questions with approved materials, directing users to established resources, and escalating unresolved items.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, raise risks or delays early, and suggest practical options to keep enablement activities moving forward.
3. Feedback, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Capture adoption feedback, user questions, friction points, training needs, and content gaps using established intake and documentation methods.
  • Help compile insights and recurring themes to inform enablement updates, support plans, retrospectives, process improvements, and continuous improvement.
  • Use only approved tools, data sources, templates, and channels, and escalates suspected content, access, data-handling, or usage concerns through established processes.
  • Monitor usage and adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend course corrections based on business value and user experience.
Relevant Knowledge & Exposure
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive processes to completion.
  • Experience supporting enablement, training, change management, process improvement, or adoption of new tools.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, with attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to keep multiple activities on track.
