Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated invites you to join its Capital Markets team as a Summer Internship in Seattle, WA for 2027. This on-site program offers hands-on experience in market research, valuation, and due diligence, working alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions.

You'll assist with market data analysis, prepare marketing materials, and help gather rent roll and tenant information while developing professional skills in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Formación

• Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
