• Prepare and write market research analyses by gathering statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review leases and prepare lease abstracts.
• Assist in due diligence for transactions.
• Design and prepare marketing materials with charts and graphics.
• Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
