Job summary

Attain Finance in Greenville, SC is seeking a leader to own the lender reporting and capital markets reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely reporting across facilities, securitizations, warehouse facilities, and investor disclosures.

You will manage a team of capital markets reporting analysts, coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Credit, and IT, and drive process improvements while maintaining strict controls and compliance with credit agreements and indentures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in Treasury, Capital Markets or similar role.
• Strong Excel modeling and data validation; experience with loan-level data and BI tools.
• Experience with structured finance, warehouse facilities, securitizations or related reporting.
• Ability to interpret credit agreements and investor reporting requirements.
• Proven experience designing controls and reconciliations for high-volume reporting.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and timely delivery of lender and capital markets reporting.
• Manage a team of capital markets reporting analysts.
• Oversee recurring reporting deliverables and reporting calendars.
• Ensure outputs comply with credit agreements, indentures, and servicing agreements.
• Oversee data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and transformation for reporting.
• Maintain reporting controls, procedures, and evidence retention.
• Coordinate with lenders, trustees, auditors, rating agencies and internal stakeholders.
