Qualifications

• 6+ years of mortgage capital markets or related financial markets experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with mortgage pricing and execution including whole-loan and/or MBS execution.
• Experience managing lender or external relationships and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to evaluate transaction economics, market conditions, and risk/return tradeoffs for pricing decisions.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive transactions with coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain market concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic market.

• Contribute to pricing tools, analytics, and execution processes enhancements.
• Manage competing priorities with sound judgment and execution focus.
