Job summary

Daylight in New York, NY is seeking a Manager, Capital Markets Operations to lead the day-to-day infrastructure of its institutional financing platform. This is a high-impact, on-site role within Capital Markets & Asset Management reporting directly to the EVP of Capital Markets.

You will build scalable processes, coordinate warehouse facilities, forward flow and ABS transactions, and treasury operations while partnering with executives on investor reporting, NAV, and capital formation.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Capital Markets, Treasury, Structured Finance, Banking, Broker-Dealer, Asset Management, Private Credit, or FinTech.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational activities across our financing platform.

  • Coordinate with trustees, custodians, servicers, fund administrators, and accounting teams to maintain financing documentation and data.

  • Assist with investor reporting and monitoring portfolio performance.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Capital Markets Operations to help build and operate the infrastructure supporting our institutional financing platform. Role Description

The Capital Markets Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This is a high-impact role within Capital Markets & Asset Management, reporting directly to the EVP of Capital Markets.

You will be responsible for building and operating the day-to-day infrastructure supporting our financing platforms, including warehouse facilities, forward flow transactions, structured finance initiatives, treasury operations, servicing coordination, banking relationships, and institutional reporting.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while working alongside experienced executives in capital markets and structured finance.

Responsibilities

You will own and coordinate operational activities across our financing platform, including:

Capital Markets Operations
  • Coordinate warehouse facility operations
  • Support forward flow transactions
  • Support future ABS and structured finance transactions
  • Manage financing closing checklists
  • Coordinate legal documentation and diligence requests
  • Maintain financing calendars and critical deliverables
Treasury & Banking
  • Open and maintain bank accounts
  • Coordinate treasury management platforms
  • Process ACH and wire transactions
  • Manage payment workflows and approvals
  • Assist with liquidity management and borrowing base administration
Financing Administration
  • Coordinate with trustees
  • Coordinate with custodians
  • Coordinate with servicers
  • Coordinate with fund administrators
  • Coordinate with accounting teams
  • Coordinate with NAV agents
  • Maintain financing documentation
Asset Management Support
  • Assist with investor reporting
  • Monitor portfolio performance reporting
  • Coordinate servicing data
  • Validate reporting packages

Platform Development

Qualifications
Required:
