Responsibilities

• Assist with market research by collecting and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in due diligence for transactions.
