You’ll work in a designated product area, contributing to client transactions, market analysis, and strategic initiatives from Day One. As a program analyst, you’ll develop client materials, financial models, and market commentary, while engaging in formal training, mentorship, and cohort‑based development to accelerate your technical and professional

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a December 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation target.
• Ability to start the program on July 12, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, valuation, and execution of market products for sales, trading, and structuring teams.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform client decisions.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as market commentary, hedging strategies, pricing, and decks.
• Assist with trade lifecycle tasks including documentation, confirmations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to support approvals and execution.
• Participate in formal training and mentorship within the program.
