Moelis & Company’s Capital Markets Group structures and executes financing solutions for debt and equity transactions, advising on buyouts, growth capital, refinancings, and IPOs. The group maintains broad market relationships to access capital for clients.

Associates perform financial analysis and modeling, develop financing structures, prepare client materials, and coordinate with analysts, senior bankers, investors, and lenders to drive transactions from mandate through closing.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Solid understanding of valuation and capital markets

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain models to assess debt capacity, leverage, and liquidity.
• Monitor debt and equity market conditions, investor sentiment, and comparable transactions.
• Prepare investor and lender materials and term sheets; coordinate marketing and data rooms.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, and counsel; manage timelines through closing.
• Direct and review Analyst work and interact with senior bankers and clients.
