Job description

TheCapital Markets group seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience (Class of 2020 to 2022) to join the New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings as well as liability management transactions.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
