The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, be an active Texas bar member, hold a JD, and be able to represent issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in IPOs and other offerings, including '34 Act work.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active member of the Texas bar.
• JD required.
• Experience in securities offerings and capital markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs and public offerings.
• Handle private placements and other securities offerings.
• Assist public companies with '34 Act work.
