Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join their Atlanta, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings.

You will represent clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handle complex transactions, and work closely with partners on public offerings and ’34 Act matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of capital markets experience.
• Active bar admission in the state of practice.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities
