Beacon Hill, a highly regarded law firm, seeks a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join its Securities & Capital Markets practice in Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or Miami. You will work on sophisticated transactional matters, including debt and equity offerings, M&A, SEC compliance, and securities law issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a large law firm in corporate, securities, capital markets and M&A.
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills.
• Experience handling capital markets transactions and SEC reporting matters.
• Prior securitization or aviation industry experience is a plus.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to bar in one of IL, NY, DC or FL.
