This role handles capital raises from diligence through closing, coordinating across Finance, Impact Lending, and Marketing to deliver investor-ready responses. Qualifications

• Three to seven years of professional experience in investment banking, investor relations, capital formation, wealth management, management consulting, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor diligence and closing activities across Finance, Impact Lending, and Marketing teams.
• Drive fund-level financial modeling and investor-facing positioning with Finance teams.
• Maintain dataroom materials for investor access and transparency.
• Structure future fund vehicles with CEO and Department Head, coordinating launch preparations.
• Lead investor subscriptions and closings, coordinating with legal on documentation and KYC/AML; ensure on-time closing.
• Develop fundraising verticals focusing on RIAs, wealth managers, and OCIO firms; nurture intermediary relationships.
• Develop outreach strategies and cultivate prospects through warm introductions and events, ensuring securities-law compliance.
• Lead approvals on investment platforms; manage due diligence questionnaires and research reviews.
• Maintain CRM investor data accuracy and report progress against goals to leadership.
• Provide market insights to leadership on trends, opportunities, and risks for firm development.
• Oversee investor reporting, regulatory notices, financial statements, and tax documents for clarity and transparency.
• Support Board and Investor Day prep with structured engagement opportunities for institutional investors.
• Lead consent requests to reach fund operation thresholds.
• Coordinate quarterly investor newsletters with Marketing for ongoing brand relevance.
• Assist in annual impact reports and regional reports with strategic themes and reviewer input.
• Develop investor-facing fundraising materials to position the firm within impact investing.
• Support research to identify new prospect investors and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technology on CRM dashboards for internal reporting.
• Support marketing in issuing industry awards, press releases, and media opportunities.
