You will handle sophisticated capital markets transactions, including debt, equity, and equity-linked products, with direct client exposure and mentorship from experienced practitioners.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in capital markets financings and admission to the bar in the applicable state.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets financings.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Responsibilities

• Handle ’33 and ’34 Act matters.
• Manage capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-ons.
• Oversee high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings.
• Conduct private placement offerings.
• Advise on corporate governance and SEC reporting matters.
• Address exchange listing matters.
