The role sits within a dynamic securities practice focusing on life sciences, technology, and digital assets.

The candidate will conduct thorough legal research, draft memos and contracts, manage complex transactions, and build strong client relationships while collaborating across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public company and capital markets.
• Experience with public companies' periodic reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Experience with Nasdaq and NYSE listing and governance requirements.
• Experience with issuers, underwriters, and financial intermediaries.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
