Job summary

Coventry is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support our capital markets initiative, build and maintain investor relationships, and assist in planning, analysis, and execution of growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of capital markets infrastructure, strong presentation skills with Excel-based modeling, and at least 2 years in a similar role. Expect opportunities to travel for conferences and active involvement in M&A-related modeling.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of capital markets infrastructure and products.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Researching companies, investors, and markets.
• Attending conferences in the U.S. and internationally.
• Performing outreach.
• Analyzing potential investment opportunities.
• Preparing materials, deal summaries, and term sheets.
• Preparing financial models, analyses, and charts.
• Project management including coordinating internal and external resources.
• Assisting in due diligence and modeling for M&A activity.
• Writing call reports and maintaining the company database.
