Seattle Office of Housing seeks a senior analyst to provide financial analysis and strategic direction for Capital Investments. You will forecast funding needs, analyze market conditions, and guide development trends to improve housing investments across Seattle.
The role requires coordinating with city departments, funders, and partners, driving equity, and advancing complex financing strategies. Hybrid work with in-office days is offered.
Seattle’s Office of Housing (OH) works to build strong, healthy communities and increase opportunities for all people to live in a community of their choice, in a home they can afford. OH invests in the production and preservation of affordable homes for people with low incomes, including individuals and families who are exiting homelessness. The Office also assists low-income homeowners with home repair loans and weatherization grants so they can safely remain in their homes and neighborhoods.

You will be most successful if you have demonstrated experience in affordable housing finance involving public and private sources, community redevelopment, real estate finance, or other related areas. Pay Rate: The full salary range for this salaried position is $51.88 - $77.82 per hour. Following a pay equity and budget analysis, the identified salary range for this role is $68.00 - $70.34/hour ($114,984.00 - $146,869.92 annually, based on 2088 hours per year).
Working Schedule: This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Employees of the Office of Housing are expected to be in-office 3 days per week. Individual schedules will be based on agreement between the employee and their supervisor.
Hiring Timeline: First-round interviews for this position are tentatively scheduled for October 26-30, 2026. Second interviews are scheduled for November 2-6, 2026.
