Job summary

Coda Search is partnering with a world-class asset manager in NYC to recruit a Product Associate for the capital formation team. You will support fundraising initiatives, investor communications, investor relations, and strategic projects across the credit platform.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of private credit, leveraged finance, CLOs, or structured credit markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Private Credit, Direct Lending, CLOs, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Credit.
• Strong knowledge of credit markets and loan products.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience preparing institutional-quality presentations and investor materials.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries and due diligence.
• Coordinate responses to institutional investor questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and consultant requests.
• Support fundraising across existing and prospective investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain product presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, marketing materials, and fund documentation.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to articulate investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers.
• Prepare market commentary, portfolio updates, and investor communications.
• Analyze portfolio performance, risk metrics, attribution, and market trends.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Product, Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Management teams.

fundraising initiatives, investor communications, investor relations, and strategic projects across the firm's credit platform. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of private credit, leveraged finance, CLOs, or structured finance markets.

Key Responsibilitie

• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and due diligence requests
• Coordinate and prepare responses to institutional investor questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and consultant requests
• Support fundraising efforts across existing and prospective investment strategies
• Develop and maintain product presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, marketing materials, and fund documentation
• Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to articulate investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers
• Prepare market commentary, portfolio updates, and investor communications
• Analyze portfolio performance, risk metrics, attribution, and market trends
