About the Role

Join The Bowery Mission and play a vital role in a transformational capital campaign that will help expand services and change lives. As Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of the Development Team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a major fundraising initiative. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex initiatives moving forward.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the capital campaign, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and campaign activities stay on track.
  • Partner with development leadership, campaign counsel, and volunteers to support fundraising strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate campaign meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports and progress updates for leadership.
  • Support donor engagement by organizing outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM and campaign databases, and preparing stewardship and recognition materials.
  • Assist in planning campaign events, donor briefings, committee meetings, and site visits in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct donor and prospect research, track campaign performance, and help identify opportunities to strengthen fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
  • Embrace the organization’s Statement of Faith.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible project management or related professional experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to achieving ambitious fundraising goals.

Compensation

Salary commensurate with relevant education & experience: $80,000-$90,000 annually.
