Job summary

Societe Generale is seeking a candidate to support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare client materials and assist in credit documentation, collaborating with lawyers and internal teams to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math or CS preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Produce internal credit applications using underwriting guidelines and deal terms
• Conduct due diligence on existing and prospective opportunities
• Coordinate with internal/external counsel and manage documentation and execution process
• Maintain internal databases and assist with ad hoc projects
• Support portfolio reviews and monitor credit performance and market trends
