Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Capital Budget Specialist to direct funding, reporting, and tracking for construction projects by the Capital teams. You will ensure approvals are obtained and procedures followed, driving value for the Senior Housing portfolio.

Reporting to the AVP of Capital Administration, you will build dashboards, review budgets, and support procurement and IT alignment as part of a disciplined financial workflow.

Qualifications

• ;Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to evaluate performance and provide commentary to management.
• Fund all Capital, Redevelopment and Facility budgets using Yardi.
• Review and approve budget revisions; ensure documents and approvals meet policy thresholds.
• Address budget, invoice, and pricing discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Review, verify and close out jobs monthly.
• Oversee PO cycle from initiation to completion; ensure procurement accuracy and timeliness.
